Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Admin Officer to join our National Office in Braamfontein on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing HR administration, and providing support across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage centralized HR processes and mitigate operational risks.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, onboarding, and appointment documentation.
  • Administer employee onboarding in SAP, including medical aid and pension fund setup.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems.
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies from HR Helpdesk and Public Folders.
  • Administer pension fund, Group Life, and medical aid in compliance with HR policy.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and resolve remuneration and pay queries.
  • Manage leave and attendance processes.
  • Provide logistical support as needed.

Required Competencies:

  • National Senior Certificate or Matric plus a post-Matric qualification in Human Resources Management or Organisational Development.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with SAP.
