Duties:

  • Oversee office administration to ensure an efficient, safe, and welcoming work environment.
  • Coordinate communication protocols, manage inventory, supervise staff, and delegate tasks.
  • Support recruitment consultants with CV typing, proofreading, and quality checks.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for office maintenance, supplies, billing, and errands.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, coordinate IT needs, and liaise with vendors.
  • Maintain and update company databases, OneDrive, and filing systems.
  • Actively participate in company event planning, team-building activities, and internal communications.
  • Manage social media, draft newsletters, and engage with our online community.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Undergraduate in Administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent typing skills (45 WPM).

Experience:

  • 1 – 2 Years of Administration / Reception Role
