ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a permanent full-time position.
• As an Operator Scaler , you will be responsible to make working faces safe by means of a Scaler.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Scaling of Hanging wall and sidewalls by means of a mechanic Scaler;
• Conducting pre starts on the mentioned TMM;
• Any other duties that requires the use of the Scaler;
• General housekeeping and upholding of standards;
• Instill section 22 and 23 of the mine Health and safety.

ABOUT YOU:

• You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
• Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a mining environment;

Qualifications for this role are:

• Grade 12 with mathematics;
• Mobile equipment license is essential;
• Valid drivers license is essential;
