Position: Production Technology Learnership (x10)

Department: Production
Reporting to: Production Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science
• Age between 18 and 24 years
• Medically fit
• Fluent in English (read, write, and communicate clearly)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production maintenance activities and report irregularities.
• Apply fundamental principles of production planning, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Support the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) production line.
• Conduct quality checks, compile production documents, and assist with equipment setup.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Handle logistics tasks such as packaging, labeling, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with technicians and operators to meet daily production targets.
