Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is one of nine Metropolitan (or Category A) municipalities in South Africa. It is located on the shores of Algoa Bay in the Eastern Cape province, and comprises the city of Port Elizabeth, the nearby towns of Uitenhage and Despatch, and the surrounding rural area.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Preferably minimum N3 Building/ND Built Environment.
- Valid Code EB driver’s license.
- Computer literacy.
- Two to three years’ experience.

Job purpose:
- Providing a project management service with respect to the execution and implementation of capital projects associated with the Division through the management of the process of analyzing, investigating, assessing and mapping out deliverables and frameworks, preparing contractual terms and providing information on industry related practices and trends to guide, enable and ensure key project milestones are accomplished in accordance with shorter and longer term developmental objectives and capital budgeted frameworks.
