Adcock Ingram is a leading South African pharmaceutical company that manufactures, markets, and distributes a wide range of healthcare products.

The objective of this programme is to provide unemployed youth with meaningful workplace experience in their field of study. Successful candidates will receive a monthly allowance to cover food and travel expenses in line with the YES contract.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Matric qualification with good academic performance (especially in English).
  • Age between 18 and 35 years.
  • Must be unemployed with no or limited work experience.
  • Must comply with the definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 (as amended by Act 46 of 2013).

Competencies

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Solid computer literacy skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-drive.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
