Position Details

  • Position: Compliance Administrator x3
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Stipend: R12,952.59 per month (Total Cost to Company)

Purpose of the Position

The Compliance Administrators will:

  • Process and assess data received from sheriffs and third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with the Sheriffs Act 90 of 1986.
  • Manage and update compliance-related databases.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on legal obligations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Department.

Key Performance Areas

  • Processing legal obligations data.
  • Reviewing compliance submissions.
  • Communication with sheriffs and stakeholders.
  • General administrative duties related to legal compliance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Recommended Qualification

  • A 3-year Degree or Diploma in Office/Business Management, Administration, or related fields will be advantageous.
