Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and cross-sell across new and pre-owned vehicle ranges.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
- Conduct test drives, present vehicles professionally, and close deals.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to delivery.
- Ensure the demonstration fleet is ready for clients at all times
- Maintain showroom & outside vehicle displays
Requirements:
- Proven track record in vehicle sales (premium market experience advantageous).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Professional, customer-focused, and target-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple deals across new and used stock.
- Valid driver’s license.
