About the Programme
The Learner: Administration HR programme provides:
- Theoretical learning aligned to NQF outcomes (Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Communication, Customer Service, etc.)
- Practical on-site experience to build essential skills in HR support, administration, and workplace readiness
This opportunity is ideal for Grade 12 graduates and HR diploma holders (advantageous) looking to enter the corporate HR environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizen
- Living with a disability
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification (compulsory)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (advantageous)
- 0–1 year relevant experience
- Willingness to be placed at one of the following: Johannesburg, Sandton, Sasolburg, or Secunda
