Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
    • Business Administration
    • Marketing
    • Customer Experience
    • Communication
    • Psychology
    • Consumer Behaviour
    • Data Analytics
    • Business Analytics

Experience:

  • No post-qualification experience required.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Document preparation, meeting scheduling, and maintaining records of customer complaints/queries.
    • Provide support in resolving customer service-related queries, particularly with claims activities.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Reports:
    • Assist in the preparation of CX reports, presentations, and insights from customer data.
    • Ensure tasks are completed on time and procedures are implemented to address queries.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Coordinate both internal and external stakeholder engagements to ensure smooth communication.
    • Take minutes for engagements attended by the Customer Care Space (CCS).
