Winning Form initially began as a premier horse racing form guide with the first of the publication being in circulation from 1987. It subsequently grew into becoming the holding company for the group of entities compromising what’s known today as the Non-Gaming entities, a sister group to the Hollywoodbets Group. These entities are key contributors to the solid foundation that the Hollywoodbets Group has been built on, whilst also operating in their respective industries, and are individually known as SplashOut, Star Merchant, Star Bar & Café, and Racing Distribution.
Minimum requirements
- 5 years signage experience
- Relevant certificate/ Diploma
- Geographical Knowledge
- Understanding of signage
Responsibilities:
- Handling of all signs and installation.
- Assist with sign fabrication.
- Upkeep of Warehouse and factory.
- Stock takes and record of all tools.
- Large format material installation.
- Making sure production of all signage is completed and installed timeously.
- Ensure most efficient maintenance and planning solutions to minimize the company’s internal cost and company downtime.
- Ensure the Signage operations team are informed of all activities relating to the Signage department.
- Active accurate reporting.
- Supervision of Manufacturing and Fabrication of signage and point of sale.
- Client Relationship Management – liaising with customers on/offsite.
- Provide a support role to the Signage team on and offsite.
- Performance management tracking.
- Ensure that all work, templates, etc. are saved monthly and yearly, so that any enquiries, investigations, or audits can be conducted independently.
- Develop formula-linked, high-quality work/templates/workbooks/financial models that are accurate, logical, succinct, easy to follow, and easily understandable.
- Ensure the above (final version) and other documents are chronologically saved/backed up.
- Ensure measures are put in place and steps are taken to achieve the short term, medium term and long-term goals of the company.
