Massmart is looking for graduates to join their 24-month structured programme aimed at developing future leaders in supply chain and logistics. The programme includes rotations and exposure in the areas of Distribution, Process Optimisation, and Solutions Design, supported by workplace assignments and strategic projects.

Successful candidates will gain practical experience in Group Supply Chain while working with one of South Africa’s leading retail companies.

Fields of Study

Applicants must hold a completed qualification (Degree) in one of the following fields:

• Industrial Engineering
• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics Management
• Freight Logistics
