As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take full ownership of inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and fleet management across South Africa. You’ll use D365 systems to streamline processes, reduce costs, and elevate service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee national inbound and outbound supply chain operations to support service delivery.
  • Manage warehouse processes to ensure optimal layout, utilisation, and product quality.
  • Implement and maintain Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) strategies on D365 across all regions.
  • Lead regional warehouse teams, administrators, and logistics personnel.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts and inspections to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve warehouse SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance using D365 tools.

Qualifications

  • Post-matric qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse and supply chain operations
  • Proven experience in costing, stock control, and fleet management
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) – preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
