TFG (The Foschini Group) invites graduates to apply for Store Manager vacancy in Western Cape, South Africa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
  • Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers

Qualifications

  • A Matric certificate.
  • 5 years retail store management experience with a minimum of 3 years flag store leadership experience
  • Experience within furniture and homeware environment (advantageous)
  • Hospitality experience (advantageous)
