Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Update employee records and ensure all relevant information is up to date.
- Assist in payroll queries.
- Schedule on-boarding off new employees with the training department.
- Prepare HR-related reports as and when needed.
- Update the HR database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Perform general office admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications
- Matric.
- Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Requiring 24-months-service contract.
- Candidates need to provide their Matric Certificate and Academic Transcript/Certificate with their CV’s.
- No experience required.
- Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18 – 35 years.
- Should not be currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
- Must not have previously completed a SETA / Government internship program.
