| Required Skills | • Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12) • Computer Literate • Not be afraid of heights or suffer from claustrophobia. • Basic Knowledge of manufacturing principles. • Ability to distinguish colour for the product testing purposes. • Willingness to work shifts, long hours, overtime, weekends and public holiday |
| Duties & Responsibilities | • Weigh tankers over weigh bridge. • Receive milk and or milk products. • CIP tanks and equipment. • Accurate completion of all relevant logs. • Report of shortcomings to company preferred standard to supervisor. • Analysing milk samples when necessary. • Administer samples for lab analyses. • Apply good housekeeping rules. • Assist in down line activities when requested. |
