The Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA) is a state owned entity responsible for investing in, regulating and capacitating the South African social housing sector.
This two-year programme is designed to provide hands-on workplace experience, equipping graduates with the practical skills they need to thrive in their careers.
Internship Positions Available
Supply Chain Management Intern (1 Post)
- Contract management and compliance (PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE).
- Tender evaluations (RFQ, RFP, RFB).
- Purchase order processing, contract tracking and administrative support.
Qualification:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Purchasing Management.
- A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in the above is an advantage.
Sector Development & Transformation Intern (1 Post)
- Support Sector Development and Transformation projects.
- Assist with policy frameworks related to social housing.
Qualification:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in Built Environment or Business Management.
Legal Intern (2 Posts)
- Assist with litigation, research and evidence gathering.
- Draft contracts, letters and legal correspondence.
- Support legal education and compliance processes.
Qualification:
- LLB Degree or equivalent.
Who Can Apply?
- South African citizens under 35 years old.
- Unemployed graduates from Universities or Universities of Technology.
- Must have the required qualifications per position.
- Strong communication, teamwork and MS Office proficiency.
