BevCo was established in 2018 through the merger of Little Green Beverages and SoftBev (which included Quality Beverages and Shoreline).
Bevco South Africa is offering an exciting Apprenticeship Programme opportunity for young, motivated individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in the Millwright trade. This structured training programme provides both theoretical and practical learning, enabling participants to develop the skills and experience needed to qualify as competent artisans.
The programme aims to produce highly skilled millwrights who will play a vital role in maintaining and improving Bevco’s world-class manufacturing and production operations.
Programme Overview
Purpose:
To be trained and gain knowledge and hands-on experience as an apprentice in the Millwright trade, under the supervision of experienced artisans.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Matric certificate with Core Mathematics or Physical Science (minimum 50% pass).
 - N3 qualification relevant to the trade (Millwright).
 - Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, mental alertness, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Possess good conceptual thinking abilities and a strong sense of motivation to learn.
 
Key Responsibilities
As part of the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will:
- Assist qualified artisans with daily maintenance and operational tasks.
 - Participate in structured training and practical learning sessions within the plant.
 - Gain hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
 - Provide documented evidence of development and progress according to the approved training plan.
 - Follow safety and operational protocols while performing assigned duties.
