Clover: Mechanical and Electrical Apprenticeships 2025.
This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience and theoretical training in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, equipping learners with skills for a successful career in the engineering and dairy production sectors.
Your Apprenticeship Journey Includes:
- Completion of practical and theoretical modules
- Formal studies through a recognized learning institution
- Real-world experience in a manufacturing plant
- Courses in Maintenance Theory & Practice, Dairy Technology, and Productivity
- Completion of the Millwright Trade Test at an accredited Training Centre
- Monthly stipend while gaining experience
This programme aims to develop qualified Millwrights with multi-disciplinary electrical and mechanical skills, contributing meaningfully to South Africa’s industrial workforce.
Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, applicants must:
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering subjects
- Achieved 60% or above in Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
- Achieved 60% or above in Physical Science
- Be passionate, reliable, and open to learning new technologies
- Have strong communication and analytical skills
- Practical experience in a production or maintenance environment is advantageous
