Overberg District Municipality is a category C municipality in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Its name, meaning “over the mountains,” refers to its location beyond the Hottentots-Holland mountains when viewed from Cape Town. The municipality includes significant towns such as Grabouw, Caledon, Hermanus, Bredasdorp, and Swellendam.

Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office
• Applicants must be literate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Responsibilities/ Duties:

• The incumbent will be responsible for cleaning and tidiness of the chalets and ablution blocks.
• Prepare venues for meetings.
• Cleaning of terrain.
• Ability to perform administration functions.
• Provide reception and telephonic duties.
• General office and public communication.
• Ensure that all prescribed health and safety standards are adhere to.
