Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 or ABET level 04 qualification. Must be computer literate. Be able to work under pressure.
- Be able to work shifts including public holidays. Good communication, numerical, organizing and supervisory skills.
- 3 years relevant experience required. Knowledge of working procedures in a cleaning working environment.
- Skills: Planning and organizing, Basic numeracy, literacy, sound human relation, ability to perform routine tasks and Basic interpersonal relationship.
- Have ability to liaise with stake holders. Be prepared to do physical labour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff. Assist with PMDS. Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the institution. Conduct inspections daily. Ensure cleaning machines and chemicals are available in clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Develop allocation and ensure that all areas are covered with cleaners. Manage staff leaves. Organise trainings for all staff members.
- Ensure that cleaners report faulty equipment’s. Order PPE for all cleaners. Conduct regular meetings with sub-ordinates. Perform any other duties delegated by Management.
