Job Purpose
To provide the Human Resources Management Team with administrative support on performance-related targets, HR projects, and ad hoc duties.
Key Performance Areas
Recruitment
- Assist with response handling and developing pre-shortlisting spreadsheets
- Coordinate shortlisting and interview meetings
- Issue regret letters to unsuccessful candidates
- Prepare onboarding packs and open new personnel files
Training & Development
- Assist with bursary application administration
- Capture and verify data on the Master Training Plan
- Compile bursary packs and draft submissions for review
Sage 300 People Payroll & Leave
- Assist with third-party payment preparation
- Reset employee passwords
- Assist with reporting and information verification
- Check and follow up on weekly pending leave approvals
Performance Management
- Ensure employee participation in the Performance Cycle
- Maintain PM records for audit purposes
General Administration
- Bind documents for meetings
- Photocopying, filing, and recording CVs
- Assist with meeting coordination
Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform additional tasks as allocated by Management
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- N6 / National Diploma in HR Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- No experience required
