Primary Resource Responsibilities:
- IT Hardware & Maintenance support
- Software and User support
- Video/Audio Communication Support (end user webex client)
- SCCM configuration and support
- Encryption Configurations on endpoints
- Backup Configuration on endpoints
- Anti-Virus (Trend) setup and support
- Undertake to perform an effective and efficient help desk services on behalf the I.T department to RDM
- Undertake to perform administrative tasks to the Information Technology Manager and the department
- Willing to work out-of-hours to support staff
- Assist with administrative duties
Academic Qualifications:
- Matric
- A+ & N+
- Windows 10 / 11 Operating Systems
- Endpoint protection advantageous
- Extensive knowledge in MS Office
- Video conferencing & Audio
- Surveillance equipment and technology
