Pick n Pay Clothing is offering an exciting 18-month learnership program for suitably qualified, unemployed TVET College students. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience within the fashion and retail industries, particularly in areas such as Quality Assurance, Buying, Marketing, Visual Merchandise, and Retail Operations.
Requirements:
- N6 qualification in Clothing Production, Fashion, Marketing, Business Management, or Retail Operations.
- Interest in the clothing, fashion, and retail industries, with a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting.
- A motivated, eager-to-learn attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Assist with monitoring product quality, conducting inspections, documenting results, and providing feedback to improve product standards.
- Buying Team: Support with sample management, data entry, administrative tasks, and preparing for seasonal buying.
- Marketing & Visual Merchandise: Contribute to marketing strategies, assist with market research, and help organize promotional activities and events.
- Retail Operations/Business Management: Gain exposure to daily retail operations, help with in-store promotions, and track sales performance.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to all teams involved in the learnership.
