Job Summary

  • A vacancy exists for a Office Administration Intern, at Life Nkanyisa Siyathuthuka Care Centre for a duration of 1 year. The position reports to the Hospital Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for human resource duties at Life Nkanyisa Siyathuthuka Care Centre.

Critical Outputs

Office Administration

  • Assist in creating and maintaining an appropriate filling system to ensure accurate records of all reports and other documents is maintained.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits on employee files to ensure that all paperwork is in the files as per the company audit requirements.
  • Attend promptly and politely to human resources related queries from internal and external customers telephonically, in person and in writing as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support in recruitment, new hires, terminations process.
  • Administration of all HR records including filling of current employee files and terminations and new appointments.
  • Assisting Admin Clerk and FPA with general administration duties as needed
  • Assisting line managers with Kronos.
  • Providing a prompt, courteous service to all employees

Requirements

  • Matric/ NQF 4
  • Completed Office Admin NCV qualification
  • Computer proficiency (MS office programs are required)
  • Excellent telephonic and written communication skills

Competencies

  • Good Microsoft excel working knowledge and experience,
  • Good communication skills, as they will be liaising with many stakeholders Nationally
  • Professional mannerisms
  • Punctuality is very important.
  • Good interpersonal skills
