Job Summary
- A vacancy exists for a Office Administration Intern, at Life Nkanyisa Siyathuthuka Care Centre for a duration of 1 year. The position reports to the Hospital Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for human resource duties at Life Nkanyisa Siyathuthuka Care Centre.
Critical Outputs
Office Administration
- Assist in creating and maintaining an appropriate filling system to ensure accurate records of all reports and other documents is maintained.
- Assist in conducting regular audits on employee files to ensure that all paperwork is in the files as per the company audit requirements.
- Attend promptly and politely to human resources related queries from internal and external customers telephonically, in person and in writing as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support in recruitment, new hires, terminations process.
- Administration of all HR records including filling of current employee files and terminations and new appointments.
- Assisting Admin Clerk and FPA with general administration duties as needed
- Assisting line managers with Kronos.
- Providing a prompt, courteous service to all employees

Requirements
- Matric/ NQF 4
- Completed Office Admin NCV qualification
- Computer proficiency (MS office programs are required)
- Excellent telephonic and written communication skills
Competencies
- Good Microsoft excel working knowledge and experience,
- Good communication skills, as they will be liaising with many stakeholders Nationally
- Professional mannerisms
- Punctuality is very important.
- Good interpersonal skills
