About Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO)
The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is a Quality Council established in 2010 in terms of the Skills Development Act (Act 97 of 1998) as amended in 2008. The QCTO also offers guidance to skills development providers (private and public) and assessment centres who must be accredited by the QCTO in order to implement occupational qualifications.
Job purpose
Assist in rendering Asset management clerical tasks
Key functions:
- Update and maintain asset register.
- Identify and administer redundant, non-serviceable and obsolete movable assets for disposal.
- Assist in ensuring that asset movement forms are completed.
- Assist in conducting stocktakes, inspections and disposals.
Job Requirements
- A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Finance Management or Management Accounting
Required Competencies:
- Computer literacy in Ms Excel, Word (Basic) and outlook.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
Other requirements:
- Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years.
- South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6.
- No working experience required.
- People living with disabilities, Whites, Colored and Indians are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to applicants residing within Gauteng Province.
- You must not have participated in any other internship programme.
