Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client service, liaison, and complaint handling
  • Assisting sales team with leads, bookings, promotional material
  • SAP transactions (purchase requisitions, service entries, travel bookings)
  • Trade marketing support and maintaining client databases
  • Meeting coordination, minute-taking, reporting, and data collection
  • Budget support and departmental administration

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or relevant field
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer-service focused, proactive, detail-oriented
  • Good planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Demonstrated passion for broadcasting and media
