EThekwini Municipality is a metropolitan municipality in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. Created in 2000, it includes the coastal city of Durban and its surrounding towns and rural areas. The Zulu word eThekwini means “ocean and bay lagoon”. The landscape features a warm, subtropical climate, extensive beaches, hilly regions, gorges, and ravines. The municipality’s composition of urban, semi-urban, and rural environments presents a challenge for sustainable development.
Job Purpose:
- To ensure quality information and feedback to customers by coaching, training, evaluating and mentoring contact centre staff and performing related administration duties to enhance the efficiency and professional image of the Unit.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate. Valid motor vehicle driving license
- 3 years relevant experience. Computer Literacy.
