The Social Media Manager will be required to maintain and grow the company’s social networks by updating and curating content to gain new followers, while handling the high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Ensure collaboration with marketing, branding, and legal teams to align company messages, promotions, and goals. Create new social marketing campaigns, build brand recognition, and manage all published company content while expressing our company views creatively. Work with web analytic tools to track campaign progress by implementing up-to-date digital technologies, social media and industry trends.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Strategise and report on all objectives for paid social media advertising, budgets and ROI.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. Photos, videos and news).
  • Monitor and report on SEO and web traffic metrics by understand the essentials for optimizing content in relation to the Hollywood Blog.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure communication with followers by responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
  • Suggest and implement new social media features, campaigns or competitions to develop the company’s brand awareness.
  • Define goals for the Social Media team in accordance with business goals.
  • Management of the Conversocial teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Measure the impact of the campaigns and marketing initiatives on social media
  • Oversee day-to-day management of online campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research best ways to increase traffic.
  • Review success of campaigns and develop ways to improve.
  • Drive engagement with social media influencers.
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities.
  • Ensure effective, concise copy for multiple platforms, websites, and social networks.
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
  • Implement strategies as indicated by the Marketing Consultant (iBranch).
  • Adhoc duties as and when required
