SITA was established in 1999 to consolidate and coordinate the State’s information technology resources in order to achieve cost savings through scale, increase delivery capabilities and enhance interoperability.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Conduct benchmarking of Products and Services.
- Support monitoring of product profitability and market share.
- Implement cost reduction and process improvement activities.
- Maintain integrity of pricing information
- Operational support and continuous improvement.
- Risk identification and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum: 3 year National Diploma/Degree in Finance / Commerce / Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Management or related fields.
- Experience : At least 3 years’ experience in market analysis, preferably in an ICT / Commercial / Information Technology / Business Management environment.
