Job Description
As a Junior Analyst, you will assist in managing and processing complaints and queries from a variety of sources. Your role will include referring complaints to relevant external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, or internal FSCA divisions, and maintaining the debarment register. You will report directly to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage complaints and queries received by the department.
- Refer non-relevant matters to appropriate external stakeholders.
- Direct relevant cases to internal FSCA stakeholders for handling.
- Engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist in closing various complaint matters.
- Contribute to outreach projects to promote awareness and understanding.
- Handle administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, or any relevant qualification.
- 0 to 1 year of experience (no prior experience needed).
- A strong understanding of the FSCA’s mandate and financial sector laws is advantageous.
