Capricorn TVET College offers a National Certificate (Vocational) in Hospitality at the NQF Level 2, 3, and 4. The college has a main campus in Polokwane and other satellite campuses.

Requirements

• Must be a former Capricorn TVET College student.
• Hospitality Studies Certificate Level 4 or National Diploma.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Innovative and creative mindset.
• Good communication skills.

Stipend

• Hospitality Certificate Level 4: R3 500.00 per month
• National Diploma (Hospitality Studies): R5 000.00 per month

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan menus and prepare meals for staff and students daily.
• Assist in hosting campus and college events.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the cafeteria.
• Manage stock control, including procurement.
• Operate the cash register and perform reconciliations.
