A learnership is a structured programme that combines theoretical learning with workplace experience. Momentum’s Client Service Administrator Learnership will give participants the opportunity to:

  • Develop practical skills in client service administration.
  • Gain exposure to the financial services industry.
  • Obtain a formal NQF Level 4 qualification in Long-Term Insurance (INSETA recognised).

While completion of the learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, it provides valuable experience and a pathway to careers such as:

  • Pension Fund Administrator
  • Client Service Administrator
  • Service Consultant

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens, aged between 18–25 years (including turning 25 in 2026).
  • Be unemployed and not currently committed to another learnership.
  • Have not participated in a learnership before.
  • Have passed Matric with the following subjects:
    • English
    • Mathematics (Pure/Maths Literacy) OR Accounting
  • Be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Submit a certified ID copy and Matric results (applications without these will not be considered).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client service processes and requests, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Provide accurate information and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver excellent service in accordance with service level agreements.
