The Opportunity

In this role, you will act as a liaison between sales, logistics, finance, Quality and couriers in order to streamline delivery processes and transactional flows.

What You Will Do

Assisting with import, export and local shipment queries and quotes
Process complete DSV documents when required (ASN, short dated or expired inventory, etc.)
Warehouse SAP transactions (Daily PGIs, Goods receipt and write offs, etc.) – add all SAP transactions.
Tracking export documents, checking them for accuracy and arranging for VOC as needed / required, attaching documents on SAP, and updating the export report.
Working closely with finance department on monthly recons for revenue recognition.
Inventory management.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Abbott Quality System
Other related tasks to support cross functions.
Tracking export costs

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain

Experience

A minimum of 1 years years working experience in Logistics / supply chain.
Warehouse & inventory Management
3PL Management can be an advantage.
Must have experience in managing and controlling exports, inbound (Sea freights / Airfreights)
