Are you ready to kickstart your career in administration? We’re looking for an enthusiastic trainee to join our team, supporting the delivery of essential administrative and reception services and helping to keep our work unit running smoothly.
As a trainee, you’ll be fully supported to develop skills in:
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks to assist with daily operations.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate data records, both electronic and manual.
- Responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our work practices and processes.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
Trainee: $15,337 – $39,647 per annum.

Additional Note
