Propr is South Africa’s largest short-term rental management company operating 800+ properties including 3 apart hotels across Cape Town, Johannesburg, Ballito, Umhlanga, Lisbon and Dubai. We are a Marriott approved management company and have partnered with them on their Homes & Villas division. We are also the only management company in MEA with a direct API partnership with Airbnb. Our portfolio caters to both business and leisure travel, with options ranging from studio apartments to 7-bedroom penthouses and villas.
This role is all about delivering those WOW moments to our guests. Together with your fellow Receptionists, you’ll spend your day welcoming guests to our amazing Apart Hotels in Cape Town, recommending unique experiences in and around the city, and ensuring our guests are happy at all times.
What you’ll be doing:
- Make sure our guests are happy!
- Welcome guests as they arrive and make sure they have the best possible check-in
- Represent Propr to clients and guests who contact the property
- Liaise between Guest Experience, Property Managers, Operations, Concierges and most importantly, guests
- Answering emails, messages and phone calls
- Creating bookings and taking payments
- Co-ordinating Concierges
- Problem-solving with your Team on a daily basis
