Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Experience:
  • 3 to 6 months in client service within retail, financial, or banking environments.
  • Candidates with no experience but a relevant tertiary qualification will also be considered.
• Education:
  • Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
  • Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or related fields.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:
  • More than 1 year in client service within retail, financial, or banking sectors.
  • Proven success in sales and client engagement.
• Knowledge:
  • Minimum:
    • Basic calculations.
    • Retail/consumer service environment.
  • Ideal:
    • Capitec Bank Products.
    • Internal processes, including Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP).
• Skills:
  • Communication.
  • Interpersonal and relationship management.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
