What You’ll Do
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business unit
- Drive operational excellence and ensure stock is managed within the VKB framework
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to reach new levels of performance
- Deliver exceptional client service, handling queries and complaints with care and professionalism
- Apply VKB policies and ensure the business remains compliant with all relevant legislation
- Think creatively and strategically to exceed goals and targets
- Be the bridge between our business vision and on-the-ground execution
What You’ll Bring
- Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar retail leadership role
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office – intermediate to advanced)
- A proven track record in achieving results and driving improvement
- A mindset focused on adding value and growing the business
