What You’ll Do

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business unit
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure stock is managed within the VKB framework
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to reach new levels of performance
  • Deliver exceptional client service, handling queries and complaints with care and professionalism
  • Apply VKB policies and ensure the business remains compliant with all relevant legislation
  • Think creatively and strategically to exceed goals and targets
  • Be the bridge between our business vision and on-the-ground execution

What You’ll Bring

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar retail leadership role
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office – intermediate to advanced)
  • A proven track record in achieving results and driving improvement
  • A mindset focused on adding value and growing the business
