Job Description:
- Facility cleaning: Clean designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and washing surfaces, as well as restrooms and kitchens.
- Maintenance notification: Notify the facilities team of any deficiencies or repairs required.
- Team collaboration: Cooperate with team members to ensure continuous service.
- Health and safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Stock management: Ensure sufficient stock levels of staff refreshments and consumables for allocated departments.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Cleaner is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of acceptable cleaning practices.
- Understanding of standard cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Basic knowledge of general hygiene practices.
- Additional duties: Assist with ad hoc duties as required.
