- Join the Clover team as a Handyman, where every fix keeps our operations running smoothly! The purpose of this role is to perform general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that facilities, equipment, and work areas remain safe, functional, and in good condition.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
- Experience in working with senior management
- Business English: Fluent
- Work in extreme conditions
- Basic tool experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform elementary maintenance and repairs
- Receive job cards to complete scheduled work
- Receive parts from maintenance store
- Repair elementary electrical and mechanical tasks
- Complete job card
- Preventative maintenance
Ensure safe working conditions
- Ensure safety requirements are met
- Demarcate working areas where necessary
- Weekly fire pump and valve run together with documentation
- Weekly generator run with documentation
- Weekly doc levellers’ inspection with documentation
- Ladder inspections
- Weekly racking inspection
- Concrete floor and bollard repairs
- Boiler making tasks – Build the safety cages used for stock take
- Inspecting and testing of the 380V truck plugs
- Oversee ammonia plant and coordinate with EP for additional repairs outside of the SLA
- Lease with contractors on site when necessary
