Job Overview
- This position is responsible for the professional and efficient management of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages.
- Receiving clients, visitors and the general public.
- Answering incoming calls professionally and routing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Assist callers with general information regarding the company e.g. contact details of other branches, Simba website site information etc.
- Record messages for employees who are not in their offices and give them messages as soon as possible.
- Update the internal telephone list and circulate it on a monthly basis.
- Sign for deliveries when necessary and notify recipients.
- Ensuring the reception area is maintained in a presentable state at all times.
Qualifications
- Customer orientated
- Computer Literacy
- Good administrative skills
- 2 Years switch board experience
- Civil Engineering NQF3
