KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Sales and Business Development

  • Identifies and pursues new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals to grow the Vivere product portfolio.
  • Engages with walk-in and referred clients to present and position the Vivere product effectively.
  • Conduct clients’ needs analysis to align product benefits with client requirements.
  • Achieves and exceeds allocated monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Cross sells complementary banking products to maximize client value and deepen relationships.
  • Provides guidance and support to clients on the Bank’s digital platforms to facilitate seamless account activation.
  • Delivers post-sale service support, including card activation and step-by-step guidance on the mobile app.
  • Manage national leads and engages clients telephonically to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

 Client Relationship Management

  • Builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provides accurate product information and educates clients on features, benefits and compliance requirements.
  • Resolves client queries promptly and escalate complex matters where necessary.
  • Conducts follow-ups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

 Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensures all sales are concluded in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and Shariah principles.
  • Completes and verifies all required documentation accurately and timeously.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client information at all times.
  • Identifies and mitigates potential risks in line with Bank policies.

Administration and Reporting

  • Prepares and submits accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintains organised records of applications and supporting documentation.
  • Monitors sales pipeline and provide feedback to management on trends and opportunities.

Brand Representation and Market Awareness

  • Represents the Bank professionally at all client engagements and promotional events nationally as and when required.
  • Conducts presentations of the product.
  • Participates in marketing campaigns and branch initiatives to increase product awareness.
  • Keeps abreast of market trends, competitor offerings and economic developments to strengthen product positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or a related field
  • RE5 certification (advantageous, where applicable)

 Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales or banking environment
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Experience in financial services or Islamic banking (advantageous)
