Job Description

The ideal team player will be responsible to manage the internal administration of an organisation or a task and effectively manage the internal and external direct orders whilst attending to customer related queries.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or NQF4
  • Experience in the agriculture industry will serve as recommendation
  • Numerate
  • Computer literate especially in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Thorough, precise and accurate
  • Constantly adding value to the current functions of the position
  • Clear Criminal Record

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage Input-trade orders and transactions from clients and supplier in a correct and accurate manner
  • Issue orders against members’ account numbers, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and approvals as per VKB policy
  • Management of seed and fertilizer issue/write-off transactions.
  • Processing of seed and fertilizer issuance transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions for audit and reporting purposes
  • Manage, complete payments and Issue credit notes in accordance with VKB policies and procedures
  • Maintain high standards for administration
  • Goods received voucher and completion of invoices
  • Processing stock claims
  • Minimize risk to the company
  • Issue GRV’s for stock as well as monitoring deviation report
  • Assist in Audit process.
  • Management and control over bank and petty cash.
  • Filing relevant documents according to set out standard
  • Client service
  • Stock Control
  • Liaise continuously with internal departments, suppliers, and clients
  • Other job-related administrative duties
