Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle both inbound and outbound sales activities
2. Assess credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within defined limits
3. Respond promptly to customer service calls and emails
4. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
5. Maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate information
6. Communicate with customers across various channels
7. Provide excellent service to both Unifi clients and colleagues
8. Uphold and embody Unifi’s core values: Unity, Dignity, Simplicity, and Trust
9. Meet and exceed established performance goals
10. Work with urgency and adhere to deadlines
11. Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fluency in English
2. Willingness to work in a shift environment
3. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
4. Matric
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
