Job Description
- In charge of welcoming all guests at the Spa.
- Booking appointments and responding to all enquiries done either in person, over the phone or via email
- Handling of payments for treatments and daily cash-up procedures and other basic administrative duties
- Ensure all daily, weekly & monthly reports and recons pertaining to all transactions are accurate and timeously submitted to Management.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of the numerous modalities, possess a general understanding of all Spa Services offered, including special offers and promotions.
- Possess excellent communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs.
- Project enthusiasm and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Be a positive and self-motivated team player.
- Able to manage workload in order of priorities.
- Ensuring all operational procedures are met and standards of appearance and codes of conduct are adhered to by Front Desk Team.
Qualifications
- Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma (minimum 2-year course).
- Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment. (Previous experience at a Resort environment or Cruise Ship is advantageous)
- Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
