As of February 2026, the company is preparing for a significant refresh of its core vehicle lineup, including major engine updates for its locally produced best-seller, the Ford Ranger.

Qualifications
- Applicants must have successfully completed a Bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with an overall average percentage of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet completed their studies will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
