Job Description

Main Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of compliance to store administration standards relating to cash management, data integrity, stock administration, Risk and Maintenance through the effective execution of company policy and processes to support the achievement of store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily cashing up
  • Administrative functions
  • Financial Administration functions
  • Stock Control
  • Give full assistance to any customer queries
  • Keep up to date with daily, weekly, monthly administration.
  • Serve as an information clerk for any telephonic queries.
  • Must give assistance to weekly stock checks
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Friendly, motivated and calm

Qualification And Experience

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Must be able to balance daily banking
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience handling cash management
  • Must have excellent customer communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to work under pressure
