Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support service to the manager and section
  • Provide a one stop customer / client service
  • Provide a general office administrative function
  • Process data from information system

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  • NCV4/NSC3/Grade12/Certificate in Secretarial/Administration or Human Sciences at NQF 4 with 120 Credits

Related Minimum Experience:

  • Two (2) Secretarial or administration related experience.
