Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashbook Officer at Alma Clinics in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Cashbook Officer will be responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments and invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Financial accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting skills
• Experience in managing cash flow, reconciling accounts, and processing financial transactions
• Knowledge of accounting software and financial systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance and administrative teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
• Relevant certification or diploma in Accounting or Finance
