Job Description

The aim of the College is to ensure that individual potential is achieved through exposure to a wide range of excellent academic, spiritual, sporting, creative, cultural and community activities. St Peter’s College is currently seeking to appoint a committed, reliable and hardworking Business Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities Oversight and insight into the non-teaching aspects of the school, including finances, information technology, marketing, campus development, human resources, operations, facilities management, audit liaison, policy optimisation, compliance, company secretariat, legal matters, risk management, internal controls, and office-support management.

 

Minimum Requirements
  • Business or financial-oriented degree
  • 5-10 years of managerial experience at a senior manager or executive level
  • Demonstrated skills/experience in overseeing the listed areas of responsibility
  • Experience of reporting to a board of directors is preferable
  • Experience in a school environment is preferable
  • All prospective candidates must consent to undergo credit, criminal, child safeguarding, and sex offender checks, and must be successfully cleared.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic management team
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of stakeholders, management, the board and employees

  • Dependable ethical behaviour in all circumstances
